Club of Lawyers of Zagreb organized their regular monthly tribune, on April 19 2007 122nd; theme was "Public Procurement" and on the side of the State Commission were head of the State Commission Goran Matešić and mr.sc. Ante Perdić, member of the State Commission.
Guests were introduced and introduction was given by president of the Club professor dr. Jakša Barbić. After that, head of the State Commission introduced participants to the term of public procurement and general state of the public procurement in the Republic of Croatia, and mr.sc. Perdić presented, in short, the State Commission and appeal procedure that is held in front of the State Commission. Upon ending of the presentation professor Barbić opened discussion. Questions of the guests, among which were distinguished people such as ex-president of the Constitutional Court of the Rep. of Croatia dr.sc. Jadranko Crnić, judges and lawyers, were numerous, more then the time allowed us, which only shows big interest for the problem of public procurement and activities of the State Commission. Discussion was taped and the most interesting parts will be printed. Tribune finished a little bit after 21:00 o'clock.
