April 2008 - decisions of the State Commission are being published in its full form in compliance with Public Procurement Act.
In compliance with articles of the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette, No. 110/07), which came into force on Januray 1 2008, the State Commission publishes all of its decisions on its official web page. Decisions are being published in the Registry, column "decision", but only at the moment when all POVRATNICE have been received, as a proof of evidence on delivery of decision to all the parties in the appeal procedure. Decisions that are available in pdf format in the Registry, column "decision", are bolded in blue, and with one click on the mouse all interested parties have access to legal practice of the State Commission.
