Meeting with the President of the Republic of Croatia
The State Commission's delegation members were: head Mr. Goran Matešić, member of the State Commission Mrs. Gordana Horvat and secretary Mr. Zoran Blažević.
Head of the State Commission, Mr. Goran Matešić, has used the opportunity to thank to the President, Mr. Stjepan Mesić, for the sponsorship of the international conference that was organized by the State Commission. The conference was held in the middle of 2007, and was attended by leading experts on public procurement in the member states of the EU.

Head of the State Commission has pointed out that the reception at the President's Office signifies a support of the work that is being carried out in the State Commission, as well as for all the accomplished results in the previous four years. During that period international institutions have recognized the quality and transparency of the State Commission's work, what can be seen in the compliment that the State Commission got in the Progress Report, on November 6th 2007. The Delegation's report states that the State Commission has with its work enhanced/improved the public procurement system in the Republic of Croatia.
