Besides information on legal protection procedure, laws, EU directives, and useful links, this website provides you with case-law of both the State Commission and the European Court of Justice regarding public procurement, Registry of administrative procedure cases, et al.
The site is updated on daily basis in order to provide relevant information to all entities obliged to adhere to the Public Procurement Act (Official Gazette, No. 110/07), and those in the private sector having the status of the tenderer in the public procurement system, in order to facilitate realization of public procurement procedure.
By performing our fundamental task, passing decisions on complaints regarding public procurement procedure in the Republic of Croatia, we want to be a support to your work related to public procurement, and therefore provide you with an array of useful information acquired by passing decisions in the complaint procedure cases and sharing experience with institutions of similar nature operating in the EU Member States.
